Welcome to Hands Across The Water, where we're committed to you and your family. We have international adoption programs in many countries including Guatemala, Russia, China and many Eastern European nations. Families work directly with our International Programs Specialist throughout the adoption process.
In addition to international adoption, we have two U.S. adoption programs - infant domestic adoption and Waiting Child domestic adoption. We work with prospective birth parents with an unplanned pregnancy to determine their parenting options.
Our goals, as a licensed adoption agency, are to help you with your adoption decision, to guide you through the adoption process, and to support and assist your family formed by adoption.
