Hands Across The Water (HATW)
a licensed, non-profit child-placing agency,
is dedicated to all persons touched by adoption and foster care, offering
assistance and support. HATW is dedicated to the belief that every child deserves
a home and loving family.
We
have adoption programs around the world and in the U.S. We are located
in the state of Michigan, but can act as your placing agency, what ever
state you live in.
Our
staff has been personally touched by adoption. We are here to help you
navigate your own personal adoption journey to make your dreams come
true.

adoptive/foster parents who are able to adopt or foster children served
by this agency. HATW follows a non-discrimination practice and
